The eating of tassels, beads, or any portion of any item, including, but not limited to furniture, apparel and jewellery may cause harm to your pet. Atelier Lola Santoro will be not be held responsible for any damage or health issues caused to your pet as a result of this.

This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including but no limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties.

Utilization of this website is undertaken at your own risk and is voluntary agreement that your access and use hereof are subject to the terms and conditions in the legal notice along with all policies on this page which may change at any time without notice.

Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with any unused item please complete the Return Form within 14 days of receipt of your product. Your receipt will be sent with the order. In case of goods being returned to ALS the customer is required to include the original receipt.

Shipping

Shipping costs, including insurance, are added to the order. We use POCZTEX for all ALS deliveries. ASL/LSED will not be held responsible for any delays resulting from the functioning of POCZTEX or any other courier service used to send the ordered goods.

Time of delivery depends on product availability and is due to the manual production process, and the number of orders received. The average time of delivery is between 7-10 working days from the moment of payment being received to the LSED accounts.

Exceptions to this Return Policy:

• Atelier Lola Santoro reserves the right to determine if a product is in used or non-saleable condition.

• Special Value, Last Call/Clearance, elements of items such as treats and other perishables are final sales and non-returnable.

• Shipping and Handling is non-refundable and return shipping is at the purchaser's expense. ("Return shipping" includes reshipment of the new item as well as returning the item to Atelier Lola Santoro)

• Please measure your pet accurately. Please note the dimensions of each item choosing the appropriate size for your pet carefully.

• Custom orders cannot be exchanged or returned. Please note details within each item's description. This also includes personalization of any kind or anything not offered as standard by way of design, colour, size, etc.

• The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accompanying materials, such as instructions, etc.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, you must complete a Return Form and return the said form to Atelier Lola Santoro within 48 hours of receipt of said goods, and we will be happy to correct the problem.
